I am an Environmental Engineer who has worked in Air Quality permitting and complaince since 1995.  I also worked as a Civil Engineer for the City of Phoenix Water Services Department from 1999 to 2023.  In 2005, I started ADL Environmental in order to perform Air Quality Permitting and Compliance services for concrete companies, construction companies, and rock products companies.  In 2006, I started Arizona Smoke School with a partner to provide EPA Method 9 training.  In 2017, I started designing and building single family homes.  I have also worked with several other builders/contractors to provide design and drafting services for residentail homes, remodels, and additions.
