CUSTOM HOME DRAFTING WITH REVIT - This is a custom home deisigned by JM Moffatt and Associates whom i partnered with to design and draft the home in a BIM environment. The project consisted of designing complete home plans for the main home and a two story casita to include all floor plans, roof plans, ceiling plans, sections, elevations, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and all structural sheets to include foundation, framing, and details. The home was located on a very challenging lot in north Scottsdale.
CUSTOM HOME DESIGN AND DRAFTING - This is a custom home deisigned by me for a client near Payson, AZ. The project consisted of designing the home, and then drafting a complete construction set of plans to include floor plan, roof plan, ceiling plan, sections, elevations, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and all structural sheets to include foundation, framing, and details.
HOME ADDITION AND REMODEL DESiGN, DRAFTING, AND CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT - This is a home addition and remodel which added two bedrooms, an office, utility room, and a custom bathroom. I provided both design and drafting services, and construction management of the entire project.
